Poet, photographer, and gentle guide for souls seeking to reconnect with their true nature
As a child in Zambia, I danced fearlessly in thunderstorms and played joyfully next to Victoria Falls. But as I grew older, I began to fear the very waters that once brought me alive.
I adapted to live in survival mode: often worrying, never safe in my own body, feeling lost and unsure, fighting against life's currents instead of flowing with them.
Over the past 2½ years of deep healing, everything has changed. I have remembered what that fearless little girl once knew: I am not separate from water's power and joy.
I created "In the Flow" because I know what it feels like to be stuck in fear and uncertainty. I also know the profound shift that comes from reconnecting with water's wisdom—when your body finally feels safe, when decisions come clearly, when you remember you're part of something infinitely larger.
Based in Whakatāne, Aotearoa (New Zealand), I write under the name Wildlight and am the author of "Home" (available on Amazon). My nature-based poetry and photography celebrate the elemental wisdom that lives in all of us.

A: Each practice takes about 15 minutes, but adapts to your rhythm. Some days you might have 5 minutes with morning tea, other days 30 minutes by water. The journey flows around your life, not the other way around.
Q: What if I miss a day?
A: Water doesn't judge itself for changing course—neither should you. Simply continue where you feel called. This journey honours your natural rhythm.
Q: I'm not "spiritual"—is this still for me?
A: Absolutely. This is about your body's wisdom and nervous system regulation, not belief systems. If you want to feel at ease in your body and trust your inner guidance, this journey is for you.
